Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. You can calculate shipping costs once you have added product/s to the cart page and entered in your postal address.

HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT SIZE?

We have a size chart available for all products which is on each individual product page next to the product description. We also have the models height, weight and size they wear as an extra reference. Plus we offer size exchanges which is stated on our terms & conditions page.

HOW DO I KNOW H&G PRODUCTS ARE TOUGH & DURABLE LIKE OTHER WELL-KNOWN WORKWEAR BRANDS?

Hustled & Grind manufacture all their products with leading high quality workwear fabrics. We have tested other well-known workwear products and itemised the top toughest brands to duplicate these fabrics. We have also incorporated a small percentage of spandex/elastane into our shorts and pants to allow for greater mobility. Plus we have added extra reinforced stitching on stress points (crotch, pockets, buttons) to compensate previous errors known to ripping. For a peace of mind we offer 100% money-back guaranteed if the product is faulty.

HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER / DISCOUNT CODE?

Simply select the products, sizes and quantities you wish to purchase and click ‘add to cart’. Once you have completed selecting all products, click on the wheelbarrow near the top right of the screen which will take you to our ‘shopping cart page’. Now enter your unique code into the small box that reads ‘coupon’ and press ‘apply coupon’. The cart will automatically recalculate the value of your order showing you the discount you received by adding your coupon.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT / COUPON CODE?

Coupon codes are given to our new Instagram followers and through special promotions we have on our digital newsletters sent via email. Please make sure you subscribe so you are you are eligible for these.

Our products are 100% Australian designed and manufactured in China and Pakistan.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so for this reason we are unable to cancel or change your order. Our returns/policy form will be attached to your order once you receive it. Please do not hesitate to email us for further assistance on our contact us page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you purchase direct through the website and the product is in stock, regular postage Australia Wide is 5-7 business days and express postage is 2-3 business days. International regular postage is 6+ days for major metro areas and international express postage is 3-4 business days for major metro areas.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed through our website, you will receive an email stating your order is currently being processed. Once your order has been dispatched you will then be updated with your tracking number via Australia Post.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Firstly we apologise the item/s you request are out of stock. We do experience high volumes of orders and popular sizes and products sell quicker than we sometimes anticipate. We do offer backorders with majority of our products which is ordered direct through our suppliers once you place the order.
