Returns

Hustled & Grind provides three return options:

  • Exchange for an alternate size/color (subject to stock availability)
  • Store Credit to your H & G online account (for customers with a Hustled & Grind member account)
  • Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal) if the item is faulty
Hustled and Grind do not offer refunds for change of mind. To organise a return please contact our friendly team between AEST business hours. If you want to exchange an item, all returns must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include a pre-paid satchel with your return and ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn or washed. Hustled & Grind do not wear the cost for postage. If you fail to provide a pre-paid satchel, you will be issued an instore credit for the amount of the product. If you receive an item that is faulty please contact our friendly team between AEST business hours within 14 days of receiving the product.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your goods have been received, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your financial institution.

How do I return something that is faulty?

We provide full warranty on our Workwear products and other products sold on this site. Please email our Customer Service team at orders@hustledandgrind.com.au during business hours to discuss the fault and arrange a return. There is no shipping fee for items that are faulty and need to be returned.institution.
