Please read the following Terms carefully before placing your order. By completing your online purchase; you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

The customer warrants that all information and data provided by him/her in the online order is accurate, complete and up to date. The customer will promptly inform the Hustled & Grind orders team if there is any change to this information or data. After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation of their order. Hustled & Grind will arrange delivery of the Goods to the address nominated by the customer. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Hustled & Grind website and placing online orders including any internet service provider fees. 

In-stock Orders

ORDERS PROCESS
In-stock orders are processed directly through our website shopping pages. They do not have any custom logos added nor are they the same as a backorder. In-stock means the product you have purchased is currently in-stock at our Gold Coast location and will be shipped within 48 hours from purchase. 

ETAS
We ship all in-stock orders as per the order details in which the customer paid, either regular or express postage. Australia Post require 3-7 business days for most regular parcels, and 1-3 business days for most express parcels Australia Wide. Please check the Aust Post website for shipping times on international orders.

REFUND POLICY
We offer a full refund if the item is faulty and a refund on the product if you are unhappy with the fit or change your mind. For a size exchange, please follow the return slip instructions we provide with your order to make things quick and easy for you. Your items must return unused in the same condition you received them in, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

For a size exchange, all returns must be done within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include a pre-paid satchel with your return and ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging. Hustled & Grind do not wear the cost for postage. If you fail to provide a pre-paid satchel, you will be issued an instore credit for the amount of the product.

Custom Orders

ORDERS PROCESS
Our process for custom orders has a series of steps that are essential in ensuring the order is made as per the customers mockups. All custom orders are manufactured directly with our overseas suppliers and printed in-house with our team on the Gold Coast.

Once a custom order has been received via our online order form, our design team will create and email the mockups within 48hours. Once the customer has confirmed the mockups, the order will be processed with our suppliers and the customer will begin receiving automated order updates so they can keep track at what stage their order is at. Customers can request as many changes as possible with their mockups until they’re satisfied. Our graphic designers will even help edit and improve the quality of your logo free of charge as part of our service.

Our suppliers will ship all orders express to our warehouse as soon as the manufacturing process is complete.

When the shipment arrives, our team begin sorting and printing all orders. After printing is finished, all items in your order will be folded and packaged ready for shipping. A tracking link will be provided through Australia Post as well as automated email updates so you can track your order until it arrives. We ship all orders through regular postage unless the customer has requested and paid for express postage. Australia Post require 3-7 business days for most parcels Australia Wide.

ETAS
ETAs will vary depending on the size of the custom order. We require approximately 30-40 business days for most custom orders to be completed and shipped to the customer. Covid has caused some delays with our overseas freight so please be mindful as this is out of our complete control.

REFUND POLICY
We offer a full refund within the first 48 hours of processing payment incase customers change their mind or have ordered the wrong products.
We offer a 30-day free return service with all sponsored orders if the order is proven faulty through manufacturing with stitching or fabric defects.

If the order is different to the customers agreed order sizes, quantities and/or mockups, including incorrect printing outside of our terms, an immediate remake on the order will take place at our expense.

We do not offer refunds on custom orders if they do not like the fit or style of the products when received, and/or if their order is experiencing freight delays as this is out of our complete control. If a deposit is paid, this deposit is used to pay our suppliers to make your order, therefore is also non-refundable unless the order is deemed faulty through manufacturing, and we are liable. If Australia Post have damaged the parcel or failed to deliver the order correctly, Hustled & Grind will help to recover the damages or losses. If any of our shipments coming from overseas containing your order are damaged in transit, we are liable as per the shipping insurance we charge when invoicing.

Mockups, size charts, and product descriptions should be viewed carefully before ordering. We are not liable if the printing is incorrect but matches the mockups as all mockups are sent to customers for confirmation prior to starting production on the order. Our graphic design team manage thousands of mockups every week so mistakes can happen, hence why all mockups are sent to customers for them to check over and confirm prior to processing their order with our suppliers. 

Please note we print front logos approx. 10cm wide and back logos approx. 30cm wide or tall, unless other measurements have been specifically provided by the customer for their order. 

Sponsored Orders

For a limited time and the first time ever in the work uniform industry, Hustled & Grind Workwear are offering ‘sponsored printing’. Customers only pay the price of the garment plus shipping charges; we cover the logo setup fees and printing costs providing our sponsored logo is included on each garment.

Backorders

ORDERS PROCESS
Backorders are provided to our customers when the product is not in stock on the website, so they don’t have to wait 6-12 months for the next restock.
After a backorder is placed, the order details are sent to our suppliers to manufacture and ship the order which they require up to 40 business days for production plus shipping.

When the backorder is completed, our suppliers will ship them express to our warehouse in which our team will pick, package and dispatch the orders. A tracking link will be provided by Australia Post when the order has been posted. We post all orders through regular postage unless the customer has requested and paid for express postage. Australia Post require 3-7 business days for most parcels Australia Wide.

ETAS

PRICING

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products or services may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and we have received your payment.If a cancellation of this nature occurs after you have been charged for the purchase, within five days from the date of purchase, we will issue a refund to the value of the purchase of the goods or services confirmed at the time of purchase.

Prices listed are in Australian dollars and are subject to change but will not affect orders placed prior to a change to the price taking effect. All prices include Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST). Total GST will be calculated once items appears in the shopping cart ready for purchase. Special pricing are as shown on website. No further discounts will apply. Goods ordered are charged at the price applicable at the time the order is submitted. Upon purchase of the Goods, Hustled & Grind will provide a tax invoice specifying the total price for the Goods including delivery. Australia-wide delivery rates vary from $9.95 for regular and $14.95 for express. If the total order amount is equal too or more than $150.00, FREE shipping will be granted. FREE shipping is granted at standard delivery, not express. FREE shipping is also inclusive to website orders only, not custom orders unless negotiated otherwise. International shipping rates are calculated when the customer enters in their address on the shopping cart page.

PAYMENT TERMS

Hustled & Grind Pty Ltd. accepts PayPal, Master / Visa debit cards, ZipPay and After-pay as the payment method for all Online Orders. The Goods and Products will not be organized for dispatch until the Customer has paid all money owing to Hustled & Grind in full. Risk in the Products passes to the Customer at the time the Goods are delivered to the Delivery Address. All sponsored and custom orders are processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), PayPal or Master / Visa debit card. After-pay and ZipPay are not a payment option for custom orders.

DELIVERY

Hustled & Grind ship all their orders via Australia Post. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Hustled & Grind to be authorised to receive the Goods. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the Order when the Order is delivered; A collection card will be left at the address for the customer to contact and collect the goods or a possible ‘safe-drop,’ if a ‘safe’ spot is available to leave the order which is for the delivery guy to decide. H&G may retain possession of the Goods and charge an additional delivery fee when attempting to redeliver the Goods.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

All refunds are processed once your returns have been received, on the 30th of every month. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be credited back to your financial institution once the refund has been processed.

IN-STOCK ORDERS

This disclaimer set out in these terms and conditions does not attempt or purport to exclude liability arising under statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

RESTRICTED USE

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are provided with access to this website only for your personal use. You are authorized to print a copy of any information contained on this website for your personal use, unless such printing is expressly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not without our written permission on-sell information obtained from this website. The right to use this website is personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person. We maintain the ownership of all copyright/trademark material downloaded from our website.

LICENCE / TRADEMARKS

The Customer acknowledges that Hustled & Grind or its related bodies corporate own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the Hustled & Grind website (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text which appear on the web site). The Customer agrees that he/she will make no representation to the contrary, and that he/she will not use or copy H&G’s website or content in any manner which is inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such intellectual property rights. The Customer acknowledges that any trademarks or logos which appear on the H&G website are owned by or licensed to Hustled & Grind or its related bodies corporate, and that the Customer must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trade mark owner or licensee to such trademarks or logos.

CHANGE OF TERMS

Hustled & Grind reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms come into effect from the time they are posted on the website. You should review this page regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes to the terms prior to placing an order.
